Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a bilingual Client Service Representative in Orlando to service both domestic and international clients with trading and account servicing needs.

You will assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, provide timely responses by phone/chat/email, and support document translation for internal partners and clients in foreign language as needed, including Stock Plan Services evening/overnight support.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak Mandarin in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses or plan to obtain during training.
• Strong communication to build trust with clients.
• Willingness to work a structured schedule with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve domestic and international clients with trading and account servicing needs.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options; provide translation support as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services with evening/overnight coverage when required.
