Job summary

Asiacruit seeks a Mandarin-English bilingual TikTok Shop Livestream Operations Manager to drive livestream planning, host management, product coordination, and campaign execution for the US market.

You will work closely with a China-based team to coordinate products, supply chain, content, and daily operations, leveraging data-driven insights to improve engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) with strong English communication.
• Experience in TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, or e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan livestream schedules, sales scripts, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit, train, and manage livestream hosts for engaging broadcasts.
• Coordinate product selection, inventory, warehouse operations, and customer service.
• Collaborate with the China-based team on product information, supply chain, content, and daily operations.
• Monitor livestream sessions and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and sales.
• Track and analyze views, CTR, conversion, sales, and returns.
• Manage product listings, promotions, and campaigns on TikTok Shop.
• Address operational issues and ensure livestreams run smoothly.
• Ensure content and shop operations comply with policies and laws.
