Job summary

CB Talents SP seeks a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Tobacco Project. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, assist with online orders, and resolve issues with empathy and accuracy.

Strong English skills (B2) and a Diploma or Bachelor's degree are required, with at least 6 months’ customer service experience. Fresh graduates are welcome; call center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Call center experience is an advantage but not required.
