Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak Spanish in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required OR a condition to obtain them within training time.
• Strong communication skills to establish trust with clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Ability to work a structured schedule including lunch and break times as determined by business needs.
• High integrity, professionalism, and work ethic; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve international and domestic clients with full range of service and trading needs (stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, options).
• Assist with trading and general account servicing inquiries.
• Provide document translation services for internal partners and clients in foreign languages as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evenings and overnight shifts.
