Airbnb seeks a dedicated Partner Operations Manager, Mandarin to drive partner and service performance across the global Delivery function. You will operationalise outsourcing, manage partner SLAs, and coordinate with Quality, Workforce Planning and Training to deliver world-class support.

You will balance day-to-day tasks with strategic initiatives, travel as needed, and ensure alignment with Global CS Delivery while acting as the single point of contact across Delivery and CS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer service or operations with 5+ years in partner management/BPO.
• Proven track record driving partner performance and managing large-scale programs.
• Experience deploying resources for real-time crisis situations and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Own holistic performance of partners/services/languages and ensure high-quality support.
• Set up partner/service to deliver exceptional quality and align with strategy.
• Collaborate with Quality, Workforce Planning and Training to improve performance.
• Act as single point of contact across Delivery and CS and report progress to leadership.
• Drive end-to-end operationalization of new initiatives and changes.
