Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an IT Support Specialist II for our San Diego office. This contract (12 months) role spans IT support, infrastructure, and cloud operations to deliver reliable IT services for internal stakeholders across global teams.

Responsibilities include end-user support, infrastructure management, and automation to drive operational excellence. Mandarin Chinese fluency is required along with English, and the position reports to the IT Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
1+ years in IT Support and IT Operations.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Zebra printers.
Assist with shipping and logistics tools and workflows.
Design and maintain scalable IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, switches).
Deploy and manage servers in physical, virtual, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Administer Windows and Linux servers; perform patching and updates.
Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Establish backup and disaster recovery procedures; conduct system audits.
Monitor system health with tools like Zabbix and Nagios; maintain SOPs.
Participate in on-call rotation, including occasional weekends.
