Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent)
• Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• Degree from a top-20 university in mainland China
• Knowledge of the PRC Labor Contract Law, the social insurance and housing fund system, and Chinese payroll practice

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks
• Build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics
• Collaborate remotely to support pilots running Oct 23 to Nov 19
