Mercor seeks an experienced lawyer fluent in Mandarin to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on PRC law practices.

Remote role in the United States, ~21 hours per week, paid hourly at $85. Applicants should have deep knowledge of the PRC Civil Code and contract or employment law, and hold a top-20 university degree from Mainland China.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of legal practice.
• Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Mainland China.
• Passed the PRC National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Exam with knowledge of Civil Code, company, contract or employment law.
