Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in customer service, project coordination, administration, translation, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication link between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal technical teams.
• Translate written and verbal communications between Mandarin and English.
• Attend client and internal meetings to assist with communication and note-taking.
• Document client requirements, questions, and feedback for technical teams.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to clients.
• Assist with the preparation and translation of technical documentation and reports.
• Track action items and help ensure timely follow-up on client requests.
• Escalate issues and concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, meeting notes, and project information.
• Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
