Snail Games USA is seeking a highly organized Translator to support the CEO with administrative tasks and translate communications between English and Mandarin. The role includes meetings interpretation, document translation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Translation or related field, proven translation experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Translator or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of gaming and entertainment terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents, presentations, and communications from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in translations, maintaining the original meaning and context.
• Assist in localizing game content and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to facilitate effective communication.
• Review and edit translated materials for quality assurance.
• Provide interpretation services during meetings as needed.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Translator to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and act as a translator in key business dealings.

Position Summary

The Translator will work closely with the CEO to manage daily administrative tasks and translate communications, documents, and meetings between English and Mandarin. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, a proactive approach, and strong cross-cultural communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-level executives and be comfortable with occasional travel to support the CEO's business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents, presentations, and communications from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in translations, maintaining the original meaning and context.
• Assist in localizing game content and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to facilitate effective communication.
• Review and edit translated materials for quality assurance.

Salary Range

$50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
