MultiBank Group is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to deliver responsive support to clients worldwide. The role requires supporting Chinese-speaking clients during UK coverage hours and evening shifts.

You will assist with account opening, verification, funding, and withdrawals, and help clients navigate MT4, MT5, and the MultiBank-Plus platform. Escalation and knowledge-base updates are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Mandarin and English written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-first attitude with patience and professionalism.
• Experience with live chat, email, and phone support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via live chat, email, and phone promptly and professionally.
• Support Chinese-speaking clients across UK and Canada coverage hours.
• Handle account opening, verification, funding, and withdrawal processes.
• Assist clients navigating MT4, MT5, and the MultiBank-Plus platform.
• Escalate complex cases and maintain accurate records for knowledge-base updates.
