Job summary

Jaggers Restaurant Careers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations in Florence, Kentucky. You will lead restaurant performance, ensure fresh food and exceptional service, and uphold our people-first culture.

This role requires directing the management team, controlling P&L, inventories, budgets, safety, and staff development, while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team.
• Directing work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers.
• Managing performance of the management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees.
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L.
• Planning, preparing, and overseeing inventories and budgets.
• Providing oversight and control over all food and labor costs.
• Sales and labor planning.
• Verifying daily Taste & Temp.
• Verifying audit, sanitation feedback scores, and training standards.
• Planning annual staff party and outings.
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness at all times.
• Maintaining staff and guest safety.
• Overseeing local store marketing activities.
• Developing key employees and managers via training on policies and practices.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Understanding safe food handling procedures.
• Partnering with store vendors and support-center contacts.
• Attending weekly and quarterly regional meetings.

As a Managing Partner Your Responsibilities Would Include
