WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for the role of Managing Director. This leadership position focuses on expanding personal practice while building and guiding a team of experienced financial advisors.

You will recruit, mentor, and shape the future growth of the firm, leveraging the firm’s strong brand and long history. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in financial services with a growing practice, active Life/Health licenses, and FINRA licenses

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health licenses required; FINRA licenses preferred (6/7, 63/66).
• Demonstrated success in client development and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a focus on mentoring and building high-performing teams.
