WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a seasoned financial advisor to assume the Managing Director role. You will lead a team of experienced advisors while maintaining your own client relationships, recruit and mentor colleagues, and cultivate a high-performance culture that fuels growth.

With over 175 years of history, you will shape the future of the firm, develop a leadership style that reflects your vision, and leverage strong infrastructure and brand strength to scale your practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
