Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director with a proven financial advisory background to lead and grow a high-performing team of advisors. In addition to continuing your own client work, you will recruit, mentor, and develop the firm’s practice in a culture focused on growth and collaboration.

You’ll leverage the firm’s 175+ years of history while shaping your leadership style and expanding the team’s capabilities, supported by strong infrastructure and brand strength.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
