WealthBridge Financial Group in Maryville, TN is seeking a proven financial advisor to step into a Managing Director role. You will continue your client work while building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors, guiding strategy and culture.

Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, shaping the firm’s growth, and leveraging the company’s brand and infrastructure to scale practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
