Qualifications

• Experience in venture debt or venture capital.
• Strong deal origination and closing track record.
• Demonstrated due diligence and underwriting skills.
• Proven ability to manage portfolio performance and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Investments: build and maintain relationships with VC and startup community.
• Negotiating Debt Financing Transactions: structure terms with portfolio companies and exits.
• Due Diligence and Underwriting: analyze financials, business models and market potential.
• Presentation to the Credit/Investment Committee: deliver detailed risk/benefit analyses.
• Portfolio Management: monitor investments to ensure expected performance.
