Peace Parks Foundation is seeking a Managing Director for Peace Parks USA to establish and grow the organization's presence in the United States. You will lead fundraising, partnerships and governance for the US entity, reporting to senior leadership in Africa and coordinating with the US Board.

Role requires extensive fundraising experience, senior leadership capabilities, and a strong network in US philanthropy and conservation. Location is Arlington, VA with office-based work.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive professional experience, including senior leadership in fundraising, development or external relations.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for fundraising strategies.
• Proven track record in securing significant philanthropic or institutional funding.
• Experience building and leading diverse teams and managing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a US fundraising strategy that aligns with Peace Parks’ mission across Africa.
• Build and steward relationships with US foundations, family offices and institutional funders.
• Lead governance, financial management and compliance of Peace Parks USA.
• Oversee a US team and coordinate with the South Africa-based teams to ensure alignment.
