The Managing Director, Business Development leads strategic growth initiatives in the tax, financial services, and fintech ecosystem, building high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 8+ years in BD, partnerships, sales leadership in tax/fintech/financial services.
• 5+ years leading complex strategic partnerships with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong understanding of the tax preparation ecosystem, including IRS programs and Service Bureaus.
• Proven track record in growth plans, market expansion, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience with financial analysis, contract negotiations, and strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and expand strategic business opportunities for tax-related products and financial solutions.
• Build relationships with tax firms, software providers, industry associations, and other strategic partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product adoption, market share and revenue growth.
• Negotiate and manage new partnership opportunities aligned with profitability targets.
• Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure implementation and management of partnerships.
