WealthBridge is seeking a proven Managing Director who has built a personal financial practice and now aims to lead a team of experienced advisors. You will recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture while continuing your own client work and helping shape the firm’s growth.

The role offers the backing of a storied firm with strong infrastructure and brand strength, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities in a leadership capacity. A U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
