You will lead and grow a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work. The role requires leadership experience, client development skills, and U.S. work authorization, with sponsorship for licenses as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
