WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. You will lead a team of experienced advisors while continuing your own client work, shaping the firm’s growth, and strengthening a high-performance culture.

You’ll recruit and mentor colleagues, drive business development, and partner with leadership to expand the practice across markets. The firm’s 175-year history and strong brand support empower your leadership vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of financial services with growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• Licensing: FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 preferred; sponsorship available.
• Proven client development, planning and relationship management.
• Leadership with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
