WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. You will build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work, recruiting, mentoring, and shaping the growth strategy of the firm.

You’ll work in a firm with a long history and strong brand, focusing on leadership development, high-performance culture, and scalable growth in the US market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
