You will recruit, mentor, and shape a high-performance culture to drive the firm's growth, leveraging the firm's support, infrastructure, and 175+ years of history.

This leadership role rewards a proven advisor with a strong track record in client development and planning, and a long-term growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with an interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
