WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a proven Managing Director to lead a team of experienced financial advisors while sustaining your own client practice. The role focuses on recruiting, mentoring, and shaping a high-performance culture to drive the firm’s growth.

You will leverage the firm’s legacy and brand strength while developing a leadership model that matches your strategic vision. The position emphasizes strategic growth, people development, and maintaining client service excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Certified Financial Planner preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
