Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client experience team, managing key accounts and ensuring a top-tier client experience. This role involves overseeing complex efforts across 2-3 accounts, strategic engagement, and growth initiatives, reporting to a Global Client Lead.

Location

This is a hybrid role, based in any US office (NYC, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, San Francisco) or remote within the US.

What You’ll Do
Client Financial Management
  • Partner with finance to manage financial tracking and pipeline.
  • Assess client needs and introduce new services for growth.
  • Improve service offerings based on client feedback.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all work products.
  • Develop KPIs to measure success and foster continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Drive integration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate on RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.
  • Identify pilot projects and new initiatives.
  • Engage with senior leadership on negotiations.
Account Specific Activities
  • Develop account processes and train teams.
  • Ensure teams are trained on tools and technologies.
  • Facilitate communication across teams.
  • Align efforts with client strategies.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years managing $5-10M+ accounts in healthcare or similar regulated industries.
  • Experience in client engagement, account management, and operational processes.
  • Proven success with senior-level clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation

Pay range: $200,000 - $220,000, based on experience and location.
