• Supports MDs in marketing, business development, and deal execution.
• Oversees preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial information.
• Oversees business due diligence.
• Oversees creation of confidential information memoranda, presentations, and other materials.
• Oversees financial modeling and company valuation analyses.
