WealthBridge Financial Group in the United States seeks a Managing Director, Advisor Growth to lead and expand the advisory practice. You will recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance team while continuing your own client work and shaping the firm’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
