Qualifications

• Member of the Florida Bar; admission to U.S. District Courts and the 11th Circuit.
• Minimum 5 years of significant state and federal litigation experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and organize litigation strategy.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel within Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate cases; oversee team operations.
• Develop long-range priority initiatives on Medicaid, community integration, housing.
• Appear in hearings and courts; provide education and outreach.
• Supervise senior staff, attorneys, paralegals and interns.
• Draft publication-ready reports and recommendations.
