Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Georgia Managing Attorney to lead its Georgia office, overseeing foreclosure, dispossessory/eviction, and real estate title and closing matters.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration to drive growth and client service. The Managing Attorney will supervise attorneys and support staff, ensure compliance with Georgia law and investor requirements, and work closely with firm leadership to optimize

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
  • 7+ years of meaningful experience handling foreclosure, dispossessory/eviction, and real estate title and closing matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Georgia foreclosure practice and related procedures.
  • Experience supervising attorneys, paralegals, processors, or legal staff.
  • Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple divisions, deadlines and high-volume workflows.
  • Tennessee Bar admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Georgia foreclosure, dispossessory/eviction, and real estate title and closing divisions.
  • Supervise, mentor, train, and support attorneys, paralegals, processors, and legal staff.
  • Oversee case strategy, workflow, deadlines, hearings, file progression, client expectations, and division performance.
  • Review and approve pleadings, motions, affidavits, notices, title documents, closing documents, and other legal work product.
  • Ensure compliance with Georgia law, court rules, local practice requirements, investor requirements, regulatory obligations, and firm policies.
  • Work closely with firm leadership to strengthen systems, improve workflows, enhance quality control, and support continued growth.
  • Identify training and staffing needs and implement practical solutions to improve team performance and client service.
  • Promote a professional, accountable, respectful, and team-oriented culture.
  • Serve as a trusted leader who sets high standards for legal quality, responsiveness, judgment, and professionalism.

  • This is a senior leadership opportunity for an attorney who is ready to take on responsibilities beyond individual case management.
  • The Managing Attorney will lead attorneys and legal support teams, oversee legal and operational performance, improve processes, guide strategy, support clients, and contribute to the continued growth of the Georgia practice.
  • Lead and manage the Georgia foreclosure, dispossessory/eviction, and real estate title and closing divisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing or supervising attorneys, paralegals, processors, or legal support staff.
  • Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple divisions, competing deadlines, and high-volume legal workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism, and client-service orientation.
  • Ability to lead with confidence, accountability, respect, and practical business judgment.
  • Tennessee Bar admission is a plus
  • 7+ years of meaningful experience in foreclosure, dispossessory/eviction, and real estate title and closing matters, along with demonstrated experience supervising attorneys, paralegals, processors, and other legal staff.
