Job summary

Stockbridge, GA—A rapidly growing real estate law firm in the Greater Atlanta area seeks an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Stockbridge office. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, build industry relationships, and contribute to a growing practice handling residential and commercial transactions.

Offer includes base salary of $100,000-$150,000 plus incentives, paid time off, and a collaborative, tech-enabled environment with strong administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia law license.
• 2+ years of experience handling Georgia real estate transactions and closings.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate law.
• Experience with title examination, title review, and closing procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Comfort with legal technology and practice management software; Qualia experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings in accordance with Georgia laws and regulations.
• Review title work and ensure transactions meet all legal and compliance requirements.
• Manage real estate transactions from preparation through closing.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral partners.
• Participate in networking and marketing events to support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor throughout the closing process.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client service.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Stockbridge office and broader organization.
