Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC seeks an attorney in good standing with the Georgia Bar to handle foreclosure, dispossessory/eviction, and real estate title and closing matters in Georgia. This role requires 7+ years of experience, leadership of legal staff, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows with sound judgment and client-focused service.

Candidates should have strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with creditor rights matters; and willingness to work

Qualifications

• At least seven or more years of meaningful experience handling foreclosure, dispossessory/eviction, and real estate title and closing matters.
• Strong working knowledge of Georgia foreclosure practice, dispossessory/eviction procedures, real estate title issues, closing processes, and creditor rights matters.
• Prior experience managing attorneys, paralegals, processors, or legal support staff.
• Strong legal writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple divisions, competing deadlines, and high-volume legal workflows.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong client-service mindset.
• Ability to lead with confidence, accountability, respect, and practical business judgment.
• Tennessee Bar admission is a plus, but not required.
