We are seeking an Associate Attorney to support foreclosure matters in Georgia, with a focus on high-volume document and file review in a fast-paced environment. This role is primarily remote and offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to gain experience in default services and foreclosure processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to apply their legal knowledge to facilitate aspects of the foreclosure lifecycle while working collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan and foreclosure documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Prepare FDCPA notices and breach letters
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to support teams and clients
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 0–2 years of experience practicing law
• Member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar
