Job summary

Orionplacement is seeking a seasoned attorney to lead the Georgia foreclosure, eviction, real estate title, and closing practice groups within a growing law firm serving financial institutions and mortgage servicers. You will supervise, mentor, and develop attorneys, paralegals, processors, and support staff, while shaping strategy and operations.

You must be licensed in Georgia in good standing with 7+ years of experience in Georgia creditor rights, foreclosure, real estate, or related practice

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 7+ years of Georgia foreclosure, creditor rights, real estate, or mortgage servicing experience.
• Prior leadership experience managing attorneys and legal staff.
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure, eviction, title, closing, and creditor rights matters.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple practice groups in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Georgia foreclosure, eviction, real estate title, and closing practice groups.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop attorneys, paralegals, processors, and legal staff.
• Oversee legal strategy, workflow management, quality control, and division performance.
• Review and approve pleadings, motions, title documents, closing packages, and other legal work product.
• Handle complex hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, closings, and escalated matters.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia law, court requirements, client guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with firm leadership to improve processes, strengthen operations.
• Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing legal culture.
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical legal solutions.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
