• JD or LLM and 3 years' experience as Associate, Lawyer, or In-House Counsel in Investment Funds or Corporate Law.
• Experience advising on private funds and related regulatory matters.

Responsabilidades

• Advise investment funds managers and institutional investors on formation, offering, structuring, operation and investments across jurisdictions.
• Supervise associates and specialists through fund formation, investment and transactional matters.
• Contribute to growth through client development and cross-marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional due diligence and cross-border matters.
