The role involves representing diverse funds, supporting retail funds, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality legal solutions while contributing to business development.

Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.

Responsibilities

Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other funds using alternative investment strategies.
Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver legal solutions for clients.
Contribute to the growing investment funds practice and support business development.
