International AMLAW 50 Firm in New York seeks Investment Funds Associate Attorneys to advise on fund formation and investment management matters. You will represent private equity, hedge, and real estate funds, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality legal solutions for sophisticated sponsors.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment funds, top-tier JD credentials, and active bar admission.

Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.
Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies.

Responsabilités

Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other funds employing alternative investment strategies.
Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
