Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of substantive investment management and fund formation experience.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds using alternative investment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit required.

Responsibilities

• Represent funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work with multidisciplinary team to deliver legal solutions.
