The ideal candidate has a PA Property & Casualty license, a track record of growing a sales portfolio, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active PA Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a sales portfolio.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of insurance coverage types and risk assessment.
• Comfort working in an office environment in Hermitage.
• Experience with agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local residents to understand their unique protection needs and long-term goals.
• Provide clear explanations of various insurance products to help clients make informed decisions for their families and businesses.
• Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that offer better peace of mind.
• Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
• Participate in local community events to build awareness and foster genuine connections.
• Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy is processed accurately and promptly.
