Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in workforce training, employer engagement, continuing education, business development, customized training, program management, economic development, or related area.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to employer and training locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Workforce Forward's annual strategy, program portfolio, growth objectives, and operating cycle.
• Build relationships with employers, industry partners, economic-development organizations, credentialing bodies, and community stakeholders.
