Ladders, a leader in Retail & Consumer Goods, seeks a Manager, WFM Transformation to steer product teams through workforce management initiatives. You will translate strategic priorities into product direction and partner with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that improve how internal stakeholders operate and how customers experience the business.

This remote role offers mentorship to product managers, agile guidelines, and the opportunity to influence delivery in a fast-moving retail

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management in a software development environment.

• Experience in conducting user research and competitive analysis.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, WFM Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will guide product teams through workforce management transformation efforts that improve how internal stakeholders operate and how customers experience the business. The position will translate strategic priorities into product direction, remove delivery obstacles, and help align feature sets to business goals in a fast-moving retail environment. You will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape solutions, strengthen execution, and support the development of product management talent.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
