As a Warehouse Manager at Hilldrup, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, overseeing inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. You will ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Your role is critical to keeping our warehouse organized and ensuring our customers receive their goods on time.
You will lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate staffing, oversee equipment use, and implement best practices to optimize workflow, while monitoring safety and compliance with federal and state regulations.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to plan, schedule, and execute the movement of goods. You will use warehouse management systems and other tools to maintain accurate inventory records, track shipments, and analyze operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
You will also drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall warehouse performance.
