Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in P&C underwriting or closely related function.
• Experience with business rules platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sapiens Decision platform on behalf of the business, driving rollout and adoption.
• Draft rules with subject matter experts to ensure clear, correct outcomes.
• Set roadmaps for rule sets and balance immediate needs with long-term value.
• Partner with IT, analytics and underwriting to monitor rule performance and sign-off.
• Manage UAT for new/changed rules and maintain governance standards.
