Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a Manager, Business Rules Platform to own and drive the Sapiens Decision rollout across Underwriting. You will translate business needs into rule design, coordinate with underwriting, product, and analytics, and ensure governance and quality across rule sets.

In this role you will manage UAT, track rule performance, and partner with IT to deliver timely deployments across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in P&C insurance underwriting or similar
• Ability to think strategically and translate into rules
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management

Responsibilities

• Own the Sapiens Decision platform for underwriting
• Draft rules with SMEs and ensure clear, correct rule language
• Set roadmaps for rule sets and govern naming and governance standards
• Manage UAT and partner with IT to drive timely releases
• Provide reporting on rule performance and impact to leadership
