Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS). You will guide strategic initiatives to enable internal transportation teams, carriers, and facility users while driving cost optimization and improved shipment visibility across our network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Advanced degree desired
• 8+ years experience in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain roles preferred
• Project and Product Management experience; and knowledge of Agile practices
• Technology-grounded experience that includes ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms preferred
• People leadership experience preferred
• Travel Expectations: Up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technology product team, overseeing the full lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Champion the transportation product strategy, defining both short-term tactical plans and long-range strategic roadmaps
• Design, scope, and deploy innovative solutions that transform global supply chain management and systems
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements, establish KPIs, and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues, mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery
• Champion adoption of technology solutions ensuring seamless integration and user engagement
• Collaborate with IT teams within an Agile framework to deliver initiatives
