Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Manager, Content, Storytelling & Thought Leadership to lead the development of strategic narratives and enterprise storytelling from our hybrid Madison, WI office.

You translate complex transformations into compelling, audience-specific stories for executives and teams, shape messaging, plan content calendars, measure impact, and support executive communications. This role drives alignment across priorities and fosters organizational adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing strategic communications and leadership messaging.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise transformation narratives and storytelling framework.
• Create content communicating transformation progress, outcomes, value, and future vision.
• Translate complex initiatives into audience-specific messaging and stories.
• Produce enterprise-wide communications including newsletters, leadership updates, and intranet content.
• Develop case studies and value realization narratives demonstrating transformation outcomes.
• Partner with executives to develop thought leadership content aligned with priorities.
• Establish editorial standards and storytelling calendars to support priorities.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies for greater impact.
