Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing strategic communications and leadership messaging.
• 3+ years of people leadership or leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams or governance forums.
• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear narratives for associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise transformation narrative and storytelling framework.
• Create content communicating transformation progress, outcomes, business value, strategic priorities, and future vision.
• Translate complex business, operational, technology, AI, financial, and transformation initiatives into audience-specific messaging.
• Produce enterprise-wide communications including newsletters, leadership updates, intranet content, articles, videos, and town hall materials.
• Develop success stories, case studies, and value realization narratives.
• Partner with executives to develop thought leadership content supporting priorities and innovation.
