Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work a 5-day schedule with open weekends.
• Customer-service or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to run the rental location and oversee operations.
• Take charge of key departments and ensure peak performance.
• Manage fleet flow and inventory to match demand and reservations.
• Operate the counter system: rentals, contracts, and manifests.
• Sell add-ons to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Handle opening/closing routines and security.
• Tackle office tasks and daily reporting.
• Resolve customer issues on the spot and guide solutions.
• Support teams across locations as needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate staff for leadership development.
