Tower Loan is hiring a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program in McAllen, TX. In 10-12 months, you gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance incentives.

You will learn leadership duties, develop customer relationships, and support the branch to exceed goals, with promotion opportunities upon successful development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegation of workload and loan document analysis.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
