Menards is seeking candidates for a Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time training role is designed to develop you for a future management position within Menards’ growing retail network.

As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and prepare for a management role in the near future. Immediate openings available with advancement potential.
